

Class - A Real Estate Platform for the Mexican Market
The Challenge
Class, a major real estate company in Mexico, had serious problems with its website. The site had big issues that stopped the company from growing and made users unhappy. The website was difficult to change, so the marketing team struggled to update content. Simple but important jobs, like adding a new landing page for marketing, took up to a week because they had to wait for the tech team. This delay made it hard to launch new marketing campaigns or respond quickly to what was happening in the market.
The website was also hard for people to use. Important features like the property search, the map, and the mortgage calculator didn't work well and had a lot of bugs. This caused many users to leave the site. On top of that, the website was in bad technical shape with many broken links and wasn't set up for search engines.
This was the state of the home page hero section when they approached our team to enhance their webpage.

The original credit calculator also presented significant usability challenges.

This website had many opportunities for improvement.
The Solution
Our goal was to completely rebuild Class's website to make it work well and be easy for people to use. We used Webflow because it's a great tool for building websites visually, has a strong content management system (CMS), and is very flexible. This gave the marketing team control over the website's content.
The project was done in several steps:
Migration and CMS Architecture
We moved the entire website to Webflow. We set up the new CMS to handle all of Class's properties. We connected it to Class's internal system to sync data automatically. This made sure that property listings, availability, and prices were always up-to-date without anyone having to enter them manually. This saved a lot of time and prevented mistakes.
UI/UX Transformation
We redesigned the look and feel of the website completely. We started by understanding who the users were and how they would use the site. The new design is modern, easy to navigate, and simple to browse. The final website has a clean look that helps users find what they need and become customers.

Interactive Map and Advanced Search
The map is a key feature for finding properties, so we built a new one using the Google Maps API. The new map is very fast, has better search filters, and is easy to use for exploring properties and areas. We also rebuilt the search feature so it gives correct and fast results.

Modular Mortgage Calculator
We remade the mortgage calculator to be easy to use. We built it as a separate part that can be placed anywhere on the website, like the home page. This lets potential buyers check their financing options quickly, which keeps them on the site longer and helps generate more leads.

Seamless Integrations
To make things run smoothly, we added a system to check property availability in real-time. This prevented properties from being booked twice and gave users correct information. We also used Zapier to connect Webflow's contact forms with Class's CRM. This made sure that every new potential customer was sent to the right salesperson right away.
Hyper-Local SEO Strategy
To get the website to the top of search results in important local areas, we created a smart and flexible SEO plan. We built a system that uses categories and tags to automatically create thousands of specific landing pages. These pages were for certain neighborhoods, types of properties, or features (like "apartments that allow pets in Polanco"). This automatic method gave Class a big advantage in local search results.
Team Empowerment and Training
To make sure the project was a success, we trained the Class team on how to use their new website. We showed them how to update content, use the CMS, and take advantage of the new marketing tools. This training covered how to use the "Client First" framework in Webflow and how the integrations were made.
The Results
The new website made a big and immediate difference. After it launched, we used a tool called Microsoft Clarity to see that users were happier. People were using the site more, staying longer, and finding it easier to become customers.
Most importantly, the Class marketing team now has full control. They no longer have to wait a week for the tech team to create new pages. They can now make and publish new landing pages in minutes just by adding content to the CMS. This new speed has completely changed how they work and how well their marketing campaigns do.
The new website is now helping the business grow by bringing in good leads and making Class a top name in Mexico's real estate market. The client was very happy, which showed how much the project helped their daily work and long-term plans.
